These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PerkPoint website and cashback rewards platform (the "Service"), operated by PerkPoint ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. You must hold a valid Indian bank account, card, or UPI handle in your own name to link to your PerkPoint account.

2. Nature of the Service

PerkPoint is an independent cashback rewards platform. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company, payment aggregator, or card network, and we do not process payments ourselves. Cashback is made possible through arrangements with partner merchants and offer networks, and is calculated as a percentage of eligible, confirmed transactions.

3. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each individual may maintain only one PerkPoint account unless we expressly permit otherwise.

4. Linking cards and UPI handles

You may only link cards or UPI handles that belong to you. Linking payment instruments belonging to another person, or attempting to manipulate transaction tracking, is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of unpaid cashback.

5. Cashback offers

Cashback rates and eligible merchants are set by our partners and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
Cashback is provisional until confirmed by the relevant partner merchant or offer network, and may be reversed if the underlying transaction is cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent.
We do not guarantee any minimum amount of cashback from using the Service.

6. Withdrawals

Confirmed cashback may be withdrawn to your linked bank account once it meets the minimum withdrawal amount shown on your account. Withdrawal processing times may vary. See our Refund Policy for more detail.

7. Prohibited conduct

Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly.
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service's security.
Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays or failures by third-party merchants, banks, or payment networks that are outside our control.

10. Third-party links and partners

The Service may link to third-party websites or involve third-party merchants and offer networks. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
